Focusing specifically on core air traffic control and dedicated support sectors for major airlines, Wilson has strategically deployed a tiered matrix of generator sets, specifically supplying nearly two dozen high-standard diesel generators ranging from 800 to 2000 kVA. These units have been strategically allocated to three critical core areas: the dedicated maintenance and operations facility for Amiri Flight (the exclusive VVIP airline of the Qatari Royal Family), comprehensive logistics support facilities for Etihad Airways (the UAE’s second-largest major carrier), and the central air traffic control command hub at Abu Dhabi Airport.

Concurrently supporting the airport's priority infrastructure upgrade initiatives—specifically the recent large-scale runway expansion and the capacity augmentation of various functional zones across the airport complex—Wilson’s dedicated technical delivery team deployed to the forefront. Through precise on-site surveys of operating conditions, they designed and delivered a customized, comprehensive power solution featuring integrated, collaborative operation.

The on-site implementation involved the deployment of five 2000 kVA high-voltage diesel generator sets equipped with fully automated, intelligent parallel synchronization systems. These units were networked in combination with seven high-power 1750 kVA low-voltage diesel generator sets to operate collaboratively as a unified system.

The complete system enables millisecond-level automatic synchronization and start-stop sequencing across multiple units, intelligent load balancing, and unmanned remote monitoring and maintenance. Throughout the entire process—from installation to operation—the project maintained a record of zero hidden safety hazards regarding power maintenance and zero power supply interruptions during construction, thereby efficiently facilitating the high-quality and accelerated implementation of infrastructure upgrades at this major aviation hub.
